Security Operations

• Actively participate in 24x7 operations of the Long View Security Operations Centre
• Monitor, identify and validate security events generated from Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tools
• Actively work in monitoring, event and incident management tools like Sentinel and ServiceNow
• Respond to critical business impacting situations and coordinate the efforts required to engage the proper resources to remediate the issue
• Coordinate major security incident situations and provide internal communications via email in a timely manor
• Provide general support for Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tool changes, tweaks, additions and updates within Sentinel and any additional tools leveraged by Long View
• Provide security guidance to team members across the organization how to best identify, contain and remediate security related incidents
• Understand complex issues across on-premise, public and private cloud solutions and articulate the impact to higher tier team members
• Follow and establish process documentation for receipt of security alerts for monitored devices, acknowledge the receipt of the event, opening and/or updating service desk tickets to track the handling of events to resolution and closure, assignment of the ticket to the appropriate owner
• Work with cloud technologies like Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform
• Fulfill reporting requests that can be pulled from Long View tools

Junior Security Operations Center Analyst

Sales

• Managing sales success is your primary focus, achieved by leading the sales team grow business in the mid-market, corporate and public sector in the Edmonton area
• Lead prospecting/acquisition motion, fostering a team environment that understands the acquisition motion
• Working with the Branch Manager and services leaders to align sales efforts with broader business priorities, client needs, and growth opportunities across the business
• Managing the team, ensuring all individual sales reporting and weekly forecasting is complete and accurate in CRM

Sales Director

Backend Engineer

• Designing, architecting and implementing industry leading cloud and Azure technical solutions by understanding client requirements through your savvy consulting skills, both business and technical
• Creating detailed documentation including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information
• Working as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation
• Managing different Cloud platforms including Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and various environments including public, private, and hybrid
• Designing, implementing and supporting networking, virtualization, Windows, and storage and backup solutions

Project Manager

• Provide direction on program delivery to support our and our clients’ organizational vision

• Develop network technology solutions, taking into account business and technical requirements, sizing, existing infrastructure, data protection, security requirements and governance and recovery objectives to ensure solutions resolve clients’ requirements and challenges
• Design and/or implement standard or custom technical solutions
• Participate in operational escalations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
