Act as the Senior Business Partner and lead a team of experienced market access professionals to establish market access in the US for inline and pre-approval oncology assets
Serve as key USMA point-of-contact connected to Payer Access and Reimbursement, Channel Dynamics, Pricing, Contracting Strategy, Hub or Patient Assistance
Oversight and leadership for all facets related to leading, developing, and executing access strategies for the oncology portfolio
Manage multiple direct reports, including marketing rotational colleagues
Work collaboratively across stakeholders including USMA Leadership, GAV, and Brand Leadership
Develop and attain specified OP PLAN access targets and net sales attainment for respective portfolios
Report to VP USMA Marketing and represent Access within the Commercial Oncology Leadership Team
Lead the Access agenda to accelerate and deliver priorities for USMA and the Oncology Business Unit and function as Strategic Partner with the Commercial business
Ensure coordination with Global Access Teams and maintain high-functioning US Value & Access Teams
Co-develop strategy, trouble-shoot, problem-solve and triage access opportunities and issues related to Franchises
Advise on Gross-to-Net implications and provide input into budget forecasting based on key access drivers
Understand and evaluate changing payer/access/channel environment and provide strategic implications and recommendations
Oversee development and execution of brand access strategies and customer value platforms
Integrate new and innovative solutions, including digital, to enhance Payer Customer engagement and value delivery
Ensure alignment and execution between Global and US VATs and lead cross functional teams
Identify opportunities to improve team processes and controls and ensure compliant business decisions
Work with MASPA and GAV on pricing evaluations and launch pricing; support business development and launch pricing/access assessments
Manage LOE Business Continuity strategy for Ibrance
Ensure development of strong access and payer operating plans and strategies aligned with account and brand goals
Accomplish department objectives through team leadership and management, including establishing annual goals, coaching, and developing colleagues
Monitor brand access performance and participate in Governance Process for contract strategy and pricing
Scout and prepare for upcoming launches and bring a USMA lens for launch planning and execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree minimum required
12+ years of experience required in the pharmaceutical industry
US market access experience required
Minimum 5+ years direct team leadership experience and direct report accountability
Established internal and external relationships
Executive decision making

Experienced in directly leading teams with a strong history of high level of engagement and delivering results
Ability to influence outcomes at senior levels of the organization
