About the role

  • Assist the Go To Market (Sales) team with coordination and execution of pipeline generation initiatives
  • Deliver product insights and monitor execution and performance in various key operational activities
  • Coordinate the multi-year planning process (ACV, headcount, spend) and work streams around international expansion
  • Identify and drive sales and pipeline-generation improvement initiatives by partnering with GTM leadership and marketing
  • Leverage data to drive sales productivity: identify challenges, diagnose issues, define and implement programs to improve productivity
  • Define initiatives to drive longer-term strategic planning through competitive analyses, market size and trends analysis
  • Own prospect list quality and sufficiency across multiple sales segments and geographies
  • Be accountable for sales metrics and have direct impact on revenue performance
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the team scales globally

Requirements

  • This is a remote position open to candidates based in Poland
  • Minimum 2 years in a management consulting firm and/or Sales Operations / Business Operations Environment
  • Experience in collaborating and partnering with GTM and Marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills; mastery of Excel or equivalent tool is mandatory
  • Passion for building and scaling high performing businesses
  • Experience within the Tech Industry
  • Strong communication skills with business fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Bias-to-action and hands-on attitude
  • Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment as we scale up our teams in EMEA
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to other Samsara offices
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Tableau reporting are an advantage
  • Project experience/start-up experience in a sales and business development function
  • Ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work in the specified location
