Manage the performance of the EMEA sales region, including sub-regional support.
Manage the GTM operating rhythms for EMEA, including preparing and running forecast calls with the regional leadership team, pipeline health and management, QBRs, sales performance, etc.
Proactively monitor sales health and performance dashboards, separating signal from noise, and driving down into the real metrics that matter.
Leverage data to develop insightful discussion documents for quarterly business reviews.
Plan cycles and focus specifically on territory carving, analyzing account-level targets, validating and aligning on region-level targets.
Develop in-region GTM strategies to drive revenue growth.
Pull ad-hoc reports to help address business needs and drive insights with your regional GTM partners.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities with your GTM Strategy & Operations peers to provide fast and efficient support to revenue generation teams.
Requirements
6+ years experience in sales operations, business operations, and strategy consulting in SaaS.
Experience developing and running sales operating rhythms such as forecasting, MBRs, and QBRs
Completed at minimum 2-3 cycles in annual planning
Experience in analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a sophisticated audience with the ability to clearly define the problem.
Strong collaboration and partner management skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with cross functional teams.
Resilient and adaptive.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Desired: Experience in the CpaaS industry.
