About the role
- Plan, strategize, develop and optimize marketing communications designed to acquire new members
- Drive member acquisition by leading the development of marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and client-led channels
- Identify and test new opportunities outside of current channels to expand reach
- Plan, launch and measure tests in email, direct mail, digital, landing page and new channels, in collaboration with analytics, marketing operations, and agency partners
- Build creative briefs and work with the creative team and partners to scope, produce and iterate on campaign creative
- Monitor campaign performance and continually identify opportunities for improvement
- Report to the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing and contribute to strategies to maximize enrollments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with direct marketing to consumers; healthcare or regulated industry is preferred
- Direct marketing experience must include developing email, direct mail and digital campaigns to drive acquisition
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation and personalization
- Comfortable and competent in evaluating creative assets, including email designs, imagery, and copywriting, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives
- Proven ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to creative agencies/vendors
- Experience developing and executing A/B and multivariate tests across email, direct mail and landing pages
- Data driven; well versed in marketing analytics and knowledgeable about factors that contribute to enrollment rate
- An attitude of constant optimization - scaling what’s working and improving what’s not
- Experience writing clear and succinct creative briefs
- Experience managing and communicating with agency partners
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex projects
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills; attention to detail is a must
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and ambiguity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric and passionate about serving Omada’s customer base
- (Bonus) Experience in Healthcare, B2B2C, or high-growth environments
- (Bonus) Hands on experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Braze, Salesforce preferred)
- (Bonus) Skill in using Adobe Creative Suite for design modification
- (Bonus) Deep analytical skills and experience with Tableau
