About the role
- Manage and execute pre-sales and post-sales activities to support global sales teams
- Process moderate-complexity sales transactions, including contract validation and PO review
- Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup
- Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the team scales globally
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution
- Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting (ideal)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk (ideal)
- Familiarity with CRM systems like SalesForce (ideal)
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite (ideal)
- Understanding of B2B sales processes (ideal)
