About the role

  • Lead the development of a Partner Marketing Center of Excellence to drive consistency, scalability and operational partner marketing efficiency across global partner marketing efforts
  • Develop and execute global partner marketing strategies and joint campaigns aligned with Rimini Street go-to-market strategies and business priorities
  • Drive integrated marketing efforts to partners (recruitment, communications), through partners (co-branded demand generation, digital campaigns) and with partners (joint marketing programs and solution launches)
  • Collaborate with Alliances and Partners, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Regional Partner Marketing Leads to customize and activate partner marketing programs through partner program playbooks and campaigns to support the field
  • Design and deliver scalable campaigns, toolkits and events-in-a-box that partners can use to help drive joint pipeline and market awareness
  • Manage joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, helping ensure alignment with Rimini Street brand and global campaign messaging
  • Develop and manage partner marketing campaign plans and joint marketing investments to ensure programs deliver measurable ROI and pipeline contribution
  • Track, report and optimize partner marketing and joint campaign KPIs including sourced and influenced pipeline, partner activation and campaign performance
  • Serve as the key liaison between Partner Sales, Alliances, Regional Marketing and Product Marketing teams to help lead and ensure integrated planning and execution

Requirements

  • 10 - 12+ years of B2B technology sector marketing experience
  • At least 8 years in partner marketing or alliance marketing roles
  • Experience as a change leader and influencer, driving internal transformation and adoption of modernized partner marketing practices
  • Proven ability to drive integrated marketing and campaign strategies to, through and with partner
  • Experience collaborating with global and regional teams to tailor and scale partner programs effectively
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and partner management tools
  • Strong communication skills and relationship management
  • Metrics- and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Agile, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Preferred: Experience in enterprise software, IT services or cloud ecosystems
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ERP, CRM or enterprise IT environments is a plus
