About the role

  • Bring IoT Connected Operations solutions to mid-market customers in the Benelux
  • Manage full sales cycle for deals typically €10k–€100k including technical POCs, trials, and multi-faceted pricing negotiations
  • Sell to multiple stakeholders including executives and CXOs
  • Perform strategic account mapping and outbound prospecting
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting to close
  • Collaborate with ADRs and cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, sales engineering, deal desk) to remove deal blockers
  • Represent Samsara at trade shows and events
  • Champion Samsara cultural principles and become a product expert

Requirements

  • 18+ months experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
  • Experience independently closing new deals larger than €10,000 in annual revenue
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Experience selling in the midmarket space (medium to large deal sizes)
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling
  • Growth mindset and collaborative approach
  • SFDC familiarity
  • MEDDIC experience
  • Ability to travel within the Benelux up to 20%
