About the role
- Who we are: Samsara is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud enabling organizations that depend on physical operations to harness IoT data to develop actionable insights and improve operations. About the role: Associate Corporate Counsel to support corporate matters including securities, governance, entity management; collaborate with finance, investor relations, equity administration. Duties: Draft and review SEC filings; manage quarterly earnings and advise on investor materials; manage Board materials and annual meeting; support strategic transactions and corporate finance; manage executive & equity compensation; advise senior leadership on legal risk and compliance. Requirements
- J.D. degree Active membership in at least one US state bar and eligibility to obtain registered in-house counsel status (if required by the State Bar in the assigned work location) Demonstrated business judgment and client counseling skills Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with attention to details, excellent communication and organizational skills.
