- Legal team mission: Strategic partner balancing innovation and regulation to support product and business growth.
- Role responsibilities: Provide legal guidance; draft/negotiation commercial contracts; advise Product and Engineering throughout product lifecycle; collaborate cross-functionally; develop templates/processes; handle ad hoc legal projects.

Requirements
- JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
- 3+ years of combined, relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies and/or in-house legal departments.
- Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, together with an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, accessible advice.
- Ability to own, organize and prioritize projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Superior interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
- Sound practical business judgment.
- Previous experience with healthcare, specifically within the pharmaceutical supply chain, and HIPAA preferred.
