Technical Program Manager

• Own and drive the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple teams or domains, from inception through delivery.
• Translate strategic business objectives into clear program goals, engineering requirements, and execution roadmaps.
• Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to define program strategy, influence architecture and design trade-offs, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and long-term business priorities.

Frontend Engineer

• Build and Evolve Components: Create and refine standardized UI components that deliver the highest standards of quality, performance, accessibility, and design fidelity.
• Ensure Quality & Consistency: Conduct code reviews, validate design fit and finish, and collaborate with the Design team through implementation reviews to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Maintain the Design System Library: Publish, document, and maintain components in our centralized library — ensuring scalability and ease of adoption across teams.
• Integrate into Existing Products: Work with teams to integrate design system components into existing products that are transitioning to shared UI infrastructure.
• Partner Across Engineering: Act as a consultant and mentor for other engineering teams, promoting best practices for using and extending the design system.
• Prototype & Explore New Ideas: Create live prototypes and proofs of concept to test and validate new patterns, workflows, and UI paradigms before full-scale development.

Product Marketing

• Develop and own the BlinkRx messaging framework that anchors us in a distinct category space, clearly differentiates us in the market, and resonates across diverse personas.
• Build and maintain a detailed understanding of buyer and influencer personas—including their goals, pain points, decision criteria, and purchase journey.
• Ensure persona insights directly inform product positioning, content, and sales strategies.
• Articulate and evangelize our unique Point of View (POV) on the market problem, ensuring that messaging communicates not only “why BlinkRx” but also “why now” and “why solving this matters”.
• Lead industry research, market insights, and thought leadership efforts to refine positioning and inform go-to-market decisions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and executives to identify industry-leading content topics and collaborate on content creation, including whitepapers, webinars, conference presentations, and opinion pieces.
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities, media placements, and event participation that amplify BlinkRx’s presence and authority.
• Build and maintain a robust library of sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators.
• Partner with Sales leadership to train and equip the team with persona-specific messaging, market insights, and product knowledge that accelerates deal velocity.
• Partner with Product Management to translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to specific personas.
• Support product launches with integrated go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment between product capabilities, market needs, and buying behaviors.

Director, Product Marketing

General Counsel

• Blink Health builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable (BlinkRx and Quick Save) to improve patient health.
• Legal team operates at the intersection of innovation and regulation, serving as strategic thought partner for the business.
• Provide legal counsel on federal and state legislative and regulatory matters affecting healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, including regulation of the practice of pharmacy, pharmaceutical supply chain, data privacy and technology, and pharmaceutical pricing.
• Monitor and evaluate relevant legislative and regulatory developments and emerging trends at state and federal levels and educate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct and synthesize comprehensive 50-state surveys to support regulatory compliance and business expansion and translate requirements into clear, practical advice.
• Draft legal memoranda, internal guidance documents, and external policy responses regarding legislative and regulatory initiatives.
• Support the company’s advocacy for policies that promote access and innovation in healthcare and the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Commercial and Product Counsel

Director

• Role: Define, shape, and scale BlinkRx’s brand identity across all touchpoints and establish BlinkRx as leader in a new category in drug commercialization.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and sales to increase brand awareness, relevance, and credibility among pharma, payers, providers, and patients.
• Responsibilities include brand strategy, creative leadership, team leadership, performance measurement, and staying ahead of design trends.
• Deliverables: category narrative, brand identity, tone of voice, visual guidelines, website assets, social content, campaigns, events, and experiential activations.

• Build growth strategies for your clients in partnership with Growth leadership and be responsible for execution
• Manage relationships with our pharma manufacturer clients, including overseeing the launch of new brands on BlinkRx requiring cross-functional collaboration with teams across the company
• Drive revenue by operationally supporting business development leadership throughout the end- to-end client acquisition cycle
• Contribute to foundational internal projects that will help to scale and build the Growth function at Blink (ex: researching new legislation and making recommendations for how Blink should adapt its product and GTM strategy to better support clients)
