Revenue Operations

• Demonstrate core competencies in instructional design, project management, data analysis, and change management. Manage diverse tasks effectively, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient prioritization.
• Contribute to the design and updates of Salsify’s LMS/CMS (Allego), oversee content and knowledge management, and handle daily system maintenance.
• Lead the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of go-to-market (GTM) enablement programs for global revenue teams. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align with the latest releases and GTM messaging, creating engaging content tailored to revenue goals.

Revenue Enablement Consultant

Support Engineer

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salsify platform and our customers’ specific needs.
• Provide excellent customer support experience by combining understanding, thoughtful insights, and concise responses.
• Triage, research, and prioritize incoming issues using Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to senior team members as needed.
• Develop technical solutions to help our customers win the digital shelf.
• Perform a thorough quality assurance process to ensure the completeness of solutions.
• Represent the support team while working multi-functionally with other groups.

Associate Channel Support Engineer

Sales

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 reps supporting Salsify’s largest and most strategic accounts (top 60 customers)
• Weekly 1:1 and coaching with team members to develop their sales skills, including vertical market management, forecasting accurately to upper management, prospecting within the account base, negotiations, & other necessary skills, while maintaining individual accountability to goals
• Assess sales activities & forecasts to determine sales progress & required improvements. Recommend & implement improvements to achieve sales goals
• Develop & execute renewal process & strategies and ensure compliance to internal data management & reporting, including use of Salesforce
• Provide value in complex negotiations & the closing of upsell business, including appropriate use of Salsify Senior Executives to maximize results

• Support pre-sales and sales cycles by providing scalability strategy insights and best practices.
• Coordinate all Teams during sales cycle to ensure alignment between CS, Support, Services, and Sales.
• Produce program plan highlighting global onboarding strategy including all workstreams.
• Support Global Enterprise Architecture expansion workshops. Focus on best practice: Global data aggregation strategy, Salsify Instance model definition, User management strategy, Organization change management guidance and tracking.
