About the role
- Sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform to new and existing customers
- Build trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers
- Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources
- Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account and manage renewals for existing customers
- Work collaboratively with a matrixed, 360 team of sellers
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Location: Alberta, Manitoba or Saskatchewan (preferred)
- Experience in Healthcare, specifically in Public Health (preferred)
- 10 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
- Ability to strategize with a large extended team
- Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors and core competencies for the role
- Experience with selling enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms (Salesforce Customer 360) preferred
