About the role
- Lead technical delivery for client digital transformation projects leveraging Microsoft cloud and modern workplace capabilities
- Advise clients and lead teams to integrate Microsoft Suite solutions to drive client value
- Define go-to-market approach, services, and external marketing plan for Microsoft capabilities
- Advise TE/TM teams on leveraging Microsoft platform and provide industry-specific expertise to the platform
- Support significant sales and partner/manage relationship with Microsoft across TE and its tools
- Source, identify and qualify leads and execute solution-based selling at CXO/VP level
- Produce proposals, reports, presentations and spreadsheets using MS CRM, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to an effective team environment
- Travel to client sites as needed (~40%) and attend in-person at least two days a week per hybrid model
Requirements
- Strong record of success in Consulting and/or Professional services sales/business development
- Success selling Financial Systems, Application Managed Services and/or technology related services to the enterprise at the $250 Million to Fortune 1000 revenue levels
- Well networked in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Direct experience selling Microsoft related services
- Ability to source, identify and qualify leads (Lead Generation)
- Proven track record of solution-based selling services at the CXO/VP level
- Strong knowledge and understanding of multiple industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to collaborate in a team environment
- Demonstrated self-motivated, strong work ethic, proactive nature
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding services quota
- Ability to use MS CRM, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce proposals, reports, presentations, spreadsheets
- Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Business or related discipline
- Minimum ten years senior level sales experience in a business-to-business or service industry (approx. 120 months)
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary professional services firm, preferably public accounting
- Relationships with Microsoft sales and management field teams
- Ability to develop long-standing client relationships and conceptualize, articulate and drive marketing strategies
- Readiness to travel; ability to travel as needed, approximately 40% travel
- Must be currently eligible to work in the United States; position is not eligible for employer sponsorship
- English: Fluent spoken and written communications skills
- Prior consulting industry experience or prior experience in an internal consulting role
- Highly organized, detail oriented, analytical with strong business sense; flexible, adaptable and an eager self-starter
