About the role
- Formulate and implement a scalable sales strategy for the Sales Performance Management (SPM) product suite
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue and create satisfied and reference-able customers
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts and ensure strategic alignment with Prime and Cloud sales resources
- Share Salesforce value proposition and evangelize SPM solutions to help customers reach business goals
- Manage a full-lifecycle sales process and drive growth within existing assigned accounts
- Participate and lead client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
Requirements
- B2B experience in the Software / SaaS environment preferred
- Proven track record of consistently delivering at and above quota
- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field is strongly preferred
- Ability to be in territory 1-2 times per month, up to 4-5 days at a time
- Experience managing a full-lifecycle sales process, prospecting via phone, email, referrals, LinkedIn, partnerships
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and present to Director, VP, and C-level prospects
- Experience with account planning and developing compelling points of view
- Ability to manage accounts and contacts within Salesforce.com through the entire sales lifecycle
