Strategize with Sales teams to reach out to Mid-Market and Fortune 1000 companies
Prospect new business and provide valued insights and stories showcasing Actian technology
Manage multichannel communication activities to validate, nurture and place validated leads into the central CRM system
Pass on Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales team or business partner sales team
Plan and manage contact strategies to support audience engagement, lead nurturing, conversion, retention and reduce churn rates
Liaise closely with other departments and engage stakeholders to ensure CRM and tools are fully embedded across campaigns and ensure fast and efficient lead passing
Maintain knowledge of technical aspects of CRM and email system to ensure optimization, delivery and service
Execute some email marketing/online marketing including planning, creation and testing of campaigns
Maintain accurate and clean customer records in the CRM database, including interactions, customer contacts, and product ownership information
Requirements
1-4 years’ experience of software sales and lead management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Online relationship building skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to obtain sales-level understanding of numerous complex products and pricing
Flexibility in scheduling, due to different time zones and locations
A proactive, self-managed, analytical and problem-solving mindset
Passion for digital techniques and technologies
Prior sales training and experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
Ability to use or learn to use modern sales prospecting tools, including: ZoomInfo, SalesLoft/Outreach, and LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Drift chat
