About the role
- Execute the established operating model; ensure consensus on program scope, release planning, vision, and business objectives
- Structure programs and garner cross-functional support
- Lead program core team meetings; engage key stakeholders to make critical decisions and overcome obstacles
- Drive achievement of business goals and realization of strategic program vision
- Foster strong partnerships with vital functional stakeholders and act as reliable partner/advisor to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to facilitate alignment on release issues, dependencies, team status, production concerns, data hygiene, and milestones
- Maintain ongoing visibility into program status; provide consistent status updates on issues, risks, and metrics
- Manage dependencies among programs/features across multiple teams, functions, and stakeholders
- Proactively identify and eliminate impediments hindering project teams from meeting objectives
- Deliver weekly program reviews to leadership and oversee release demos and evaluations, addressing status, risks, and escalations
- Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere that nurtures innovation, creativity, and continuous learning
- Serve as catalyst driving advancement of global Product & Technology strategy and inspiring organizational change
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of recent professional experience in leading extensive enterprise product programs
- Comprehensive grasp of the product development lifecycle
- Strong aptitude in executive communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; hands-on, detail-focused work history
- Profound familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Ability to establish credibility with senior executives, technical experts, and non-technical team members
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building competencies in a cross-functional, matrix environment
- Ability to delve into technical subjects and collaborate within integrated technical and non-technical teams
- Experience collaborating with functions across the company and various time zones; robust time management, analytical, and planning skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related disciplines, or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles
