About the role
- Zivian Health mission: expand access to high-quality healthcare through compliance and software solutions
- Conduct in-depth research on regulatory issues impacting health tech, including data privacy and healthcare regulations
- Assist in operationalizing legal research with legal and business teams
- Support transactional work: review contracts, assist with negotiations, and prepare legal documents
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and compliance to ensure legal requirements are met
- Support legal department operational tasks: track legal requests, manage workflows, and organize legal materials
- Assist with ad hoc legal queries, legal operations, and corporate governance matters
Requirements
- Strong interest in health tech, business law, and regulatory matters
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in a legal or business-related role is a plus but not required
