• Master of Time: Rigorous management of the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities.
• Inbox Triage: Monitor email flow, draft responses, and prioritize what needs immediate attention versus what can be delegated.
• Logistics & Ops: Coordinate travel, supporting team offsites, and handle personal administrative tasks to keep the CEO focused on the business.
• Meeting Management: Ensure the CEO is prepped for every meeting with the right context, agendas are sent in advance, and action items are tracked afterward.
• Content & Communications: Draft internal comms, board updates, and prepare briefing materials for speaking engagements and panels.
• Presentation Support: Draft and refining slide decks for investor updates, sales pitches, and all-hands meetings.
• Research & Analysis: Ad-hoc research projects on competitors, potential partnerships, or new market opportunities.
• Special Projects: Act as a proxy for the CEO on cross-functional projects, ensuring momentum across the team.

• Plan and execute growth optimization projects across multiple channels (paid, organic, partnerships, and product-led growth)
• Support acquisition efforts including paid media, SEO, content distribution, and landing page optimization
• Build and optimize automated lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-app) to drive activation and retention
• Collaborate with product and engineering to test onboarding flows, conversion points, and user journeys

• You’ll play a critical role in translating client needs into operational execution, ensuring we fulfill what we’ve promised and continuously improve how we deliver while bridging the gap between all internal teams critical to operational success.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients—from gathering requirements and setting timelines to go-live.
• Drive match fulfillment by coordinating internally with our Operations team, escalating blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of requested providers.
• Serve as the operational point of contact during implementation; maintain close communication with Account Managers and clients as needed.
• Ensure synchronized data across multiple platforms to ensure cross-system consistency, enabling real-time, accurate progress updates for stakeholders and clients.
• Manage client implementation within internal systems (Hubspot, Jira, HelpDesk, Chargebee, proprietary platform).
• Partner with Product to ensure internal readiness for new feature rollouts.
• Help coordinate and participate in internal and external kickoff calls, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Build and maintain SOPs and automations to streamline onboarding and matching processes.

• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on this team, you will be a technical leader responsible for building and shaping a critical part of our AI-enhanced product.
• Design, build, and maintain core features across the entire stack, from our React frontend to our Python backend services.
• Architect scalable and resilient systems that can handle sensitive user data and complex, AI-driven workflows with reliability and performance in mind.
• Take full ownership of major features, from initial concept and technical design through to deployment and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with empathy alongside our Product partners, UX Designer, and other engineers to translate user needs into elegant technical solutions.
