About the role
- Senior Account Manager to join OneDigital's Employee Benefits team, focused on servicing complex, high-value accounts with national reach, alternative funding arrangements, and sophisticated needs
- In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our Benefit Consultants, helping execute comprehensive benefit strategies while proactively identifying the right people, tools, and solutions to meet our clients’ evolving goals

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits account management, preferably in a consulting or brokerage environment
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts (500+ lives), including self-funded and national/multi-state clients
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and benefit funding strategies
- Strong organizational and execution skills — able to move quickly, manage priorities, and lead cross-functional efforts to completion
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills — proactive, polished, and solutions-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, ask the right questions, and connect the dots for clients and colleagues alike
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint, required
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Life & Health License (or ability to obtain within first 90 days)
