About the role

  • Develop and manage a library of validated customer-centric use cases, mapped to industries, buyer roles, and key pain points
  • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Success and Sales to ensure use cases and content are aligned with product capabilities and go-to-market strategy
  • Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for the global sales teams
  • Propose, create, prioritize, execute, and report on the success of sales programs
  • Lead multiple complex and strategic projects to support revenue growth
  • Partner with the business to align on goals, challenges, and data needed to support the strategy and proactively make recommendations
  • Provide management with scope, timeline, requirements, benefits, and return on investment for each project
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
  • Represent the Success Plans team on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed

Requirements

  • 5 -7+ years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or related fields
  • Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role
  • Ability to structure and transition complex problems to solutions
  • Outstanding problem solving skills with ability to develop solutions and recommendations
  • Experience presenting to senior executives and translating data insights into concise executive summaries
  • Confident communicator with attention to detail (oral, written, and presentation skills)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products desired or experience with enterprise tools
  • Self-starter with team spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
