About the role
- Lead expansion in acute care space and manage existing customer portfolio
- Build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Drive strategic account development and collaborate on contract negotiations
- Present products and services to stakeholders and prepare tailored proposals
- Travel within territory and use Salesforce for customer outreach
- Support upselling and portfolio growth; track performance with Account Manager
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies
- Strong conflict resolution capabilities
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses self-motivation and the ability to motivate a team
- Strong presentation skills with value based selling confidence
- Outstanding computer-based skills; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.
