Make outbound calls and send emails to identify and qualify leads for a tire dealership company
Create high-quality sales opportunities and set appointments with field sales team
Connect with existing and potential customers on sales-focused phone calls presenting offers and overcoming objections
Process incoming and outgoing sales focused phone calls: obtain/verify customer information, answer questions, resolve issues, provide customer service
Present scripted or customized sales presentations based on client requirements
Maintain product knowledge, meet quality and call-per-hour goals, and adhere to corporate policies and federal laws
Maintain documentation, confidentiality, and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
Exercise customer service skills, problem solving, multi-tasking, and follow established policies and procedures
Requirements
Must be 18 or older and have a High School education or GED required
Additional education may be required based on individual projects and/or locations
Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific program
Ability to pass standardized interview
Score acceptably on job related testing assessments
Ability to work flexible schedules, which may include working at least one weekend day
Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
Based on program may need to be bilingual in English, Spanish, French, etc.
Present offers by reading scripted presentations verbatim or paraphrasing and customizing the presentations to meet client requirements and bring customer issue to resolution
