About the role
- District Manager role leading and inspiring a regional sales team to achieve/exceed sales goals
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching
Hands-on fieldwork at least three days per week; support and guide team through sales process
Focus on larger strategic deals and participate in recruiting
Oversee team performance, monitor activity, track performance metrics, ensure sales process execution
Provide real-time coaching and feedback during field visits
Partner with team to develop strategies to close strategic opportunities
Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews and sales planning sessions
Collaborate with leadership on recruiting top talent
Use Atlas CRM for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing
Assist team to prospect clients and maintain CRM records
Ensure team achieves minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments
Continuously build knowledge of product/service portfolio and fintech industry changes
Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-ones

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
Valid drivers license
Background check after conditional offer
Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
Live in area relative to job posting location
Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
Preferred: High school diploma/GED
Preferred: At least two years of relevant experience
Desired skills: Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Training and Coaching experience

Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
Enjoys cold-calling and speaking face to face
Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus
