Partner with GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, using Ashby to streamline processes.
Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to ensure alignment of candidate profiles with cross-functional goals.
Leverage data-driven insights from Ashby to optimize recruitment processes, track KPIs, and improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
Lead recruitment projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber GTM candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry engagement.
Develop compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials to attract top GTM talent.
Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure cultural and technical fit for new hires.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in management consulting, with exposure to talent acquisition, GTM strategy, or sales/marketing operations.
Proven project management skills, with experience leading complex recruitment initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of GTM roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and their requirements in a tech or startup environment.
Expertise in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and proficiency with Ashby or similar applicant tracking systems.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing competing priorities.
Preferred: Experience recruiting for GTM roles in technology or SaaS companies.
Preferred: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
Preferred: Knowledge of GTM strategies, such as demand generation or customer acquisition.
Preferred: Experience in the self-storage and/or insurance industry.
