• Own, Design and Build the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated GTM systems.
• Design scalable data models supporting complex account hierarchies, multi-entity customers, and multi-product opportunities.
• Architect and govern Salesforce solutions that balance speed, flexibility, and long-term maintainability, with clear standards and documentation.
• Lead efforts to identify, reduce, and remediate technical debt in high-growth Salesforce environments.

Revenue Operations Developer / Architect

• Execute CRM administration with a focus on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable automation.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, driving GTM alignment and operational efficiency.
• Design and optimize end-to-end GTM lifecycle workflows, including lead routing, pipeline progression, handoffs, and SLAs.
• Drive adoption of GTM processes through enablement, documentation, and ongoing stakeholder collaboration.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, rep performance, and customer outcomes.

Revenue Operations System Administrator

• Support pricing and rating analyses for insurance products, including new product development and rate revisions
• Analyze loss experience, trends, and profitability by product, coverage, and segment
• Assist in the development and maintenance of pricing models, assumptions, and methodologies
• Evaluate underwriting guidelines and risk selection strategies using actuarial and statistical techniques
• Monitor product performance and identify emerging risks or opportunities
