About the role
- Build a framework to replicate the Sales Program motion at scale. Have an eye towards frameworks, repeatable processes, and engagement models to deliver a successful way to activate the field
- Design, develop, and launch scalable Sales Programs and sales plays, aligned with GTM strategies and business priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and other Enablement teams to ensure seamless execution of Sales Programs
- Be an expert orchestrator - managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a Sales Program, from concept and planning to launch, execution, and post-program analysis.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including objectives, target audiences, content requirements, training needs, and success metrics
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of enablement assets and training materials to support Sales Programs (e.g., battlecards, messaging guides, playbooks, sales decks).
- Monitor and track program performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize Sales Program effectiveness through continuous feedback and analysis
- Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablement and program management
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, sales operations, or a related field within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated experience designing, launching, and managing successful sales programs or sales plays.
- A background in Product Marketing &/or Enablement is ideal for this role
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, GTM strategies, and the sales lifecycle.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze program performance and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. MBA Preferred.
