Provide voice into product roadmap and generate new business opportunities.
Full relationship management responsibility for designated companies (OEMs, digital retail companies, DMS providers, CRM companies, dealership groups, major online retailers).
Define overall strategy, collaborate on marketing integrations, and demonstrate continuous value of Market Scan Sales and Marketing platform.
Deliver revenue objectives associated with Market Scan sales and retention; promote adoption with Digital Retail accounts.
Demo Market Scan products for prospective clients and oversee product/technical and process integration after the sale.
Support dealer roll-out process and product pilot phases by working closely with partners on scope, requirements, and launch.
Daily management of contract terms and conditions; embrace autonomy and accountability.
Develop and maintain account plans for assigned accounts; understand and utilize a strategic selling process.
Develop and execute strategic business plans; understand market dynamics and competitive landscape; provide input on new product development (voice of the customer).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher required in sales, marketing, or business field with at least 10 years of business-to-business direct consultative selling experience, account management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 10 years of automotive digital retail or related experience required.
Able to travel up to 50% of the time, including nationwide travel.
Extensive and progressive experience in software Sales or within automotive.
Proven track record.
Sound business acumen and problem-solving skills; thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Manage multiple relationships simultaneously; superior time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed role and full accountability for engagement and revenue goals.
Ability to cultivate C-suite relationship engagement and management; possessing an established network of C-Suite and key Digital Retail senior leader relationships.
Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently (and with a team), operate in a less/unstructured role, and manage day-to-day activities.
