About the role

  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify MQLs against our ICP, and book meetings with Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand lead generation campaigns, monitor lead quality, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with inbound leads through personalized emails, calls, and social media interactions to build relationships and trust.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged throughout the buyer journey.
  • Outbound Engagement (as needed): Identify and target potential personas through strategic outbound efforts to support the pipeline, and align value propositions to varying business priorities across large enterprise accounts.
  • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns to supplement inbound opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to continuously improving our sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the security sector.
  • Provide product and marketing teams feedback to refine our value proposition and messaging.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a BDR in a B2B SaaS company, preferably within the security industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar BDR or sales role.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) – Required.
  • Proven track record of success in inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
  • Understanding of the security landscape, including key challenges and solutions relevant to our target market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., MixMax, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with the US market and collaborating across global teams.
  • Advantage - Proven ability to initiate and manage strategic outreach to senior level decision-makers (CISO, CIO, VP/Director Level) and identify key stakeholders across complex buying commitees.
