About the role
- Promote the use of emergency roadside and towing related products and services to automotive and insurance clients on location in the Tampa territory.
- Educate and train market-level employees on product features, application, and benefits of recommending and/or utilizing Agero’s solutions.
- Perform elements of sales, customer service, and education/training; participate in events, marketing, and support market intelligence.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers within assigned territory; represent Agero at trade shows and local client events.
- Introduce new offerings, features, and process enhancements to client locations; lead sign up, enrollment, activation and training activities.
- Coordinate delivery and installation of promotional marketing materials and event participation; maintain accurate records and report on location engagement activities.
- Expand product awareness and utilization; drive process execution and adherence to program requirements; facilitate client and consumer issue resolution.
- Gather insights on location operations and program data to identify growth opportunities and coordinate initiative development.
- Support client and consumer feedback research projects; facilitate surveys, feedback capture and reporting to product development teams.
- Demonstrate professional selling skills; manage territory to deliver program outcomes and exceed growth targets; identify and cultivate new opportunities.
- Exhibit appointment setting and reporting skills to exceed weekly appointment standards; track daily activities and manage customer data using prescribed tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or direct B2B sales, with emphasis on post-sales enablement and solution adoption.
- Experience in solution consulting, product training or enablement roles preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and account management with a track record of driving market-level business results.
- Demonstrated agility blending relationship development with field-level program performance.
- Strong understanding of technical product features and ability to translate technical information into practical applications within automotive, emergency communication centers, and insurance industries.
- Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, remove obstacles, execute plans, and expand solution adoption.
- Proactive problem solving and collaboration with internal teams to develop actionable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple client enablement projects and track timelines.
- Experience with CRM, Dealer Management Systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Willingness to travel consistently (up to 80%) within assigned Tampa territory.
- Willingness to attend on-site team meetings and potentially spend first day at HQ for onboarding (as required).
