Scheduling, posting, and analyzing traffic data on social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn Group).
Create engaging contents on social media platforms to attract and retain customers and maintain a consistent brand message.
Coordinate between internal experts and industry influencers to host e-forums and/or content collaborations.
Produce industry webinars with local and regional analysts and promote the events.
Coordinate with other local marketers, internal stakeholders, and external writers to produce and coordinate localization of thought leadership assets into Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
Analyze data from social media platforms and Salesforce to assess performance.
Conduct website audits and analyze data to recommend improvements and optimize the user experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management.
Understanding of automotive or technology market trends and emerging digital technologies.
Able to map customer touchpoints and understand buyer's journey.
Basic video content creation skill set a plus.
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and other data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe related to social media.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences across all levels.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
