Lead SEO projects: guide partners to maximize organic performance and ensure high SERP rankings; support partners and other SEOs in project management.
Strategy: oversee execution of holistic SEO strategy across technical, on-page and off-page SEO; define long-term roadmap for SEO growth.
Conduct audits: perform on-site audits, backlink profile analyses and competitor analyses using latest SEO tools; present findings and recommendations verbally and in writing.
Analyses and reporting: provide high-level and in-depth reports to partners; proactively support clients during implementation.
Collaboration: work with other SEOs, content teams, site developers, digital analytics, PPC and other professionals to deepen insights.
Continuous learning: follow SEO news and updates and help keep team knowledge up-to-date.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working with SEO (agency or enterprise-level clients a plus).
Experience in doing site audits and deploying an effective strategy based on business goals.
Familiarity with auditing tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog or subsidiaries.
Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio or equivalent.
Fast, efficient, solution-oriented problem solving mentality; ability to work in teams and independently; strong ownership.
Work experience with a developer team or external developers.
Knowledge of multiple CMS platforms is a plus.
Basics in analytics: GA4 certificate preferred or ability to pass the exam; Google Search Console is a must.
Spot-on communication skills: negotiate and present to clients and team in both Hungarian and English.
