About the role
- Develop and implement the global content plan for social media, website, influencers, and PR in line with brand positioning.
- Coordinate all phases of global content production, ensuring high-quality output that reinforces the Quick-Step brand.
- Continuously optimize content based on past learnings.
- Define global PR themes, manage press releases, and maintain a global influencer framework with clear collaboration requirements.
- Act as a centre of expertise to advise local marketeers.
- Collaborate with external content agencies to ensure smooth execution and brand-consistent content.
- Work closely with Global Brand Manager to translate brand pillars and innovation value propositions into compelling content.
- Work closely with Global Media Manager to ensure effective and efficient content distribution.
- Work closely with Global Digital Marketeer to maximize SEO and audience engagement.
- Liaise with local marketeers in focus countries to ensure business relevance of global content.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in content and digital marketing.
- Influencer marketing is a plus.
- Digital savvy and knowledge of newest trends in digital and communication.
- Social media expertise.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong communication in Dutch and English.
- Creative thinker with passion for storytelling, brand building, and consumer focus.
- Structured, hands-on, comfortable managing multiple projects and budgets.
- Ability to thrive in an international environment and collaborate across teams and cultures.
- Energy, curiosity, and a “can-do” mentality, constantly challenging the status quo.
