Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, specializing in organic social strategy and influencer marketing.
- Proven leadership and team management expertise.
- Proficiency in creative performance best practices for paid social campaigns.
- Experience working at a marketing agency.
- Skilled in social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and native platform analytics (Instagram Insights).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, focused on driving results.
- Familiarity with managing team tasks and hours within project management tools.
- Proficient in scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of the paid media ecosystem and funnel structures for cohesive strategies.
- Expertise in budgeting, ROI analysis, and financial tracking for influencer campaigns.
