About the role
- Manage the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with strategy and brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal client teams and agency partners to support influencer campaign development, content creation, and approvals.
- Coordinate creator communications, deliverables, and feedback loops to ensure flawless execution across multiple programs.
- Maintain influencer tracking tools, content calendars, and campaign documentation to ensure operational accuracy and transparency.
- Support the implementation of always-on influencer programs across multiple platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
- Review influencer content for tone, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Partner with the Influencer Strategist to identify trends, content opportunities, and potential new creators aligned with brand goals.
- Track campaign performance and KPIs; consolidate reporting and insights for internal and client-facing presentations.
- Support cross-functional alignment between creative, PR, and digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
- Manage influencer budget tracking and deliverable status updates, maintaining attention to detail and accountability.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media campaign management
- Demonstrated ability to oversee complex influencer programs across multiple channels
- Experience in negotiating influencer contracts and managing budgets
- Skilled in using influencer relationship management (IRM) platforms and campaign tracking tools
- Excellent understanding of FTC guidelines and brand safety best practices
- Strong collaboration skills with creative, paid media, and analytics teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized, with a passion for creative storytelling and influencer engagement.
