About the role
- Serve as strategic bridge between Customer Success and Account Executive teams to drive upsell opportunities
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing upsell opportunities within a named list of largest clients
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at the C-suite and director levels
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping them understand how additional Runwise solutions solve business challenges
- Partner with Customer Success to monitor client health and identify potential upsell triggers
- Work closely with Account Executives to hand off and collaborate on new business opportunities within accounts
- Forecast and track key account metrics; prepare regular reports on sales progress and account health
- Collaborate with senior leadership (SVP of Sales, Director of Sales Ops, CEO) to shape go-to-market strategy for key accounts
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Highly consultative with ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with senior leaders
- Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and ability to identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Ideally experience in the real estate or PropTech industry with a strong professional network in NYC
- Proficient with CRM software, ideally Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to inform sales strategy
