About the role
- Develop Go-To-Market Strategies unique to each channel partner that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Work with Sales team to drive sales within each channel partnership
- Co-author Joint Marketing Plans (plays, ICPs, offers), launch enablement, and stand up measurement (SFDC Partner object, attribution hygiene)
- Drive AE trainings, deal routing, exec mapping, and weekly forecast; unblock legal/security with Partnerships as needed
- Coordinate campaigns, events, and content with Partner Marketing; track opps → meetings → proposals → wins
- Run quarterly reviews on revenue, win/loss, next-play roadmap; identify cross-sell into new regions/products
- Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Requirements
- 2-5+ years in alliances/channel sales or partner account management at an enterprise SaaS company in a quota-carrying/performance incentive based role
- Executive presence with both startup and enterprise partners
- Strong, proven problem-solving skills
- Direct and clear communicator, both written and verbal; not afraid to speak up
- Organized and self-starter
- Fast at execution - doesn’t let perfect be the enemy of good
- Entrepreneurial and proactive - looking for creative ways to make the team better
- Nice-to-have: Proptech experience, integrations/API familiarity
- Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 4-5 days a week
