Manage and expand a territory balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts
Own the entire sales process including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing
Conduct cold calls and reach out to new teams at existing customers to explain value proposition and convert prospects
Receive guidance from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals
Run account forensics to enable a data-driven sales approach customized to individual customers
Execute strategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles
Follow up on leads and inbound requests and maximize conversion rate of trials (e.g., adjust email sequences and messaging)
Localize and run marketing campaigns with support from central team
Enable post-deal product adoption (e.g., trainings) supported by a central enablement team
Monitor customer health and detect and prevent churn
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a commercial role (e.g. account mgmt., sales, customer success, business development) in SaaS / software or tech company – ideally in a start-up or scale-up setting
University Degree, preferably in business or computer science, or related field
Local work experience in Germany
Experience in navigating organizational structures and corporate dynamics of large customers
Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io)
Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
Appreciation of our product – willingness to understand think-cell’s product; experience with think-cell a plus
Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, minimum of 3 days/week
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and German; additional European languages a plus
