Chief of Staff

• As Chief of Staff (m/f/d) you will work directly with our Founder & CEO, Thomas, and our Managing Director, Nadja.
• You will relieve them operationally while also thinking strategically — with the clear objective of making pplwise scalable, efficient and operationally excellent.
• You are not an assistant but a true sparring partner at eye level who takes responsibility, prepares decisions and drives implementation.
• Financial planning and controlling, and close collaboration with our accounting team
• Independent inbox and calendar management, including scheduling and prioritizing the CEO's appointments
• Organizing meetings, events and calls as well as preparing relevant materials
• Supporting the creation of sales and financial decks
• Managing and maintaining tooling (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, HubSpot)
