About the role
- Grow company revenue in a major metropolitan territory in the Midwest or Northeast
- Serve as the CEO of your territory: manage pipeline, priorities, and monthly goals
- Prospect personally and with business development support and run sales pitches
- Coordinate an in-territory technician for pre-sales inspections
- Partner with marketing to build brand presence in-territory
- Manage and lead in-field technicians and prospectors toward optimal outcomes
- Identify customer needs and communicate how Runwise products and services fulfill those needs
- Manage key customer expansions and develop long-lasting customer relationships
- Work directly with Co-Founder, Head of Sales, and Chief Growth Officer on strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years as an AE, Partnership Manager, Territory Manager or equivalent quota carrying roles
- Track record of beating targets
- Ideally have real estate experience and a deep network of contacts within the industry
- Skilled in CRM software, ideally Salesforce
- Outstanding negotiation, consulting, and customer facing sales skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
