About the role

  • Grow company revenue in a major metropolitan territory in the Midwest or Northeast
  • Serve as the CEO of your territory: manage pipeline, priorities, and monthly goals
  • Prospect personally and with business development support and run sales pitches
  • Coordinate an in-territory technician for pre-sales inspections
  • Partner with marketing to build brand presence in-territory
  • Manage and lead in-field technicians and prospectors toward optimal outcomes
  • Identify customer needs and communicate how Runwise products and services fulfill those needs
  • Manage key customer expansions and develop long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work directly with Co-Founder, Head of Sales, and Chief Growth Officer on strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years as an AE, Partnership Manager, Territory Manager or equivalent quota carrying roles
  • Track record of beating targets
  • Ideally have real estate experience and a deep network of contacts within the industry
  • Skilled in CRM software, ideally Salesforce
  • Outstanding negotiation, consulting, and customer facing sales skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
