Manage and lead growth in New York City and the greater Tri-State Area
Lead a team of Account Executives and Business Development professionals to exceed sales targets
Run funnel reviews, team standups, trainings, and provide key deal support
Aggregate opportunities and challenges from sellers and formulate company-wide initiatives to sustain growth
Drive maximum revenue from tri-state area sellers
Run weekly funnel reviews and deal strategy sessions
Organize and run monthly initiatives to help the team exceed goals
Work cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, and ops to ensure deal volume and velocity
Monitor key metrics (deal flow, win rate, deal size, deal speed) and create proactive gap plans
Own the majority of the sales number and collaborate with senior leadership (SVP of Sales, Director Sales Ops, Director Channel Sales, Chief Growth Officer, CEO)
Requirements
5+ years of quota carrying sales experience
2+ years as a manager or team lead
Track record of beating targets
Ability to motivate a team and create plans for reps to exceed numbers and develop careers
Knowledge of consultative selling
Ideally have real estate experience and a deep network of contacts within the industry
Skilled in CRM software, ideally Salesforce
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
