About the role

  • Manage and lead growth in New York City and the greater Tri-State Area
  • Lead a team of Account Executives and Business Development professionals to exceed sales targets
  • Run funnel reviews, team standups, trainings, and provide key deal support
  • Aggregate opportunities and challenges from sellers and formulate company-wide initiatives to sustain growth
  • Drive maximum revenue from tri-state area sellers
  • Run weekly funnel reviews and deal strategy sessions
  • Organize and run monthly initiatives to help the team exceed goals
  • Work cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, and ops to ensure deal volume and velocity
  • Monitor key metrics (deal flow, win rate, deal size, deal speed) and create proactive gap plans
  • Own the majority of the sales number and collaborate with senior leadership (SVP of Sales, Director Sales Ops, Director Channel Sales, Chief Growth Officer, CEO)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience
  • 2+ years as a manager or team lead
  • Track record of beating targets
  • Ability to motivate a team and create plans for reps to exceed numbers and develop careers
  • Knowledge of consultative selling
  • Ideally have real estate experience and a deep network of contacts within the industry
  • Skilled in CRM software, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
