• Plan, execute, and own the results of field events (prospect lunches/dinners, meetups, conference side events): venues, AV, swag, run-of-show.
• Help Runwise expand their reach through strong B2B strategic channels (co marketing with key network publications, 3rd party partners, and other creative outlets).
• Be a strong bridge between marketing activities and sales efforts. Responsible for reporting on how activities are converting into deals and eventually dollars won.
• Maintain the master events calendar and reusable playbooks; manage timelines, checklists, and vendors.
• Track budgets/POs, negotiate quotes, and report weekly on attendance, meetings, and pipeline influenced.
