• Research, plan, coordinate, and execute targeted events from start to finish, including identifying high-value opportunities aligned with business goals, managing all logistics (venue, vendors, materials, staffing), overseeing on-site execution, and conducting post-event follow-up and performance analysis.
• Manage and track marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals; generate creative ideas for campaigns targeting specific audiences and architect the full execution plan, including content writing, with a focus on driving measurable results and generating qualified leads.
• Curate and schedule content for social media platforms, ensuring engagement and brand consistency.
• Provide SharePoint oversight, ensuring documentation is well-organized, refreshed accordingly, and accessible to the team.
• Support internal and external communications to foster positive relationships and enhance the company's image.
• Provide oversight of branding efforts to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Take ownership of customer experience programs, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help track trends.
• Maintain excellent data integrity within Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and effective campaign segmentation.
• Travel as needed to support events, conferences, or other marketing initiatives.
