Manage and track marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals; generate creative ideas for campaigns targeting specific audiences and architect the full execution plan, including content writing, with a focus on driving measurable results and generating qualified leads.
Curate and schedule content for social media platforms, ensuring engagement and brand consistency.
Provide SharePoint oversight, ensuring documentation is well-organized, refreshed accordingly, and accessible to the team.
Support internal and external communications to foster positive relationships and enhance the company's image.
Provide oversight of branding efforts to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
Take ownership of customer experience programs, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help track trends.
Maintain excellent data integrity within Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and effective campaign segmentation.
Travel as needed to support events, conferences, or other marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
5-8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a business-to-business environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Constant Contact, and SharePoint are preferred.
Strong project management and written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in branding oversight, ensuring cohesive and professional presentation across all materials.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and reporting.
