About the role
- Turn campaign strategies into technical plans and buildable workflows using our MarTech tools.
- Build, launch, and improve email, landing page, and multi-channel campaigns — ensuring they’re accurately targeted, personalized, and trackable.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Automation Platform and connected systems, ensuring clean data and reliable performance.
- Work closely with teams across marketing and sales to define lead scoring, routing rules, and lifecycle stages.
- Make sure every campaign is set up for clear reporting, performance tracking, and learning over time.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Marketing Operations or MarTech roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise with MAPs (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, Inflection, Marketo) and strong Salesforce CRM knowledge.
- Proven ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and system integration.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira and Asana to collaborate effectively and manage campaign workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, fueled by a passion for clean, actionable data.
- Excellent communication skills, able to connect with and support technical and non-technical teammates alike.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset — you take ownership, think critically, and thrive in a collaborative environment where diverse ideas are valued.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance program design, workflow efficiency, and decision-making.
- Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, ABM tools, reporting platforms, or MarTech certifications.
