Turn day-to-day marketing and field events and operations into qualified meetings, pipeline, and ARR.
Plan, execute, and own the results of field events (prospect lunches/dinners, meetups, conference side events): venues, AV, swag, run-of-show.
Help Runwise expand their reach through strong B2B strategic channels (co marketing with key network publications, 3rd party partners, and other creative outlets).
Be a strong bridge between marketing activities and sales efforts; report on how activities are converting into deals and dollars won.
Maintain the master events calendar and reusable playbooks; manage timelines, checklists, and vendors.
Track budgets/POs, negotiate quotes, and report weekly on attendance, meetings, and pipeline influenced.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and company co-founders; manage day-of logistics and execution.
Requirements
1–3 years in B2B marketing/events/ops (SaaS/startup a plus).
CRM/MAP fluent (Salesforce/HubSpot) with strong Sheets/Excel; comfortable with badge scanners/QR capture.
Detail-obsessed logistics pro who loves checklists and day-of execution; calm under pressure.
Clear, concise writer able to spin up invites, reminders, and recaps fast.
Highly organized, accountable, and deadline-driven; you own outcomes.
Willing to be hands-on (shipping, setup, lifting boxes) and regularly attending local events as needed.
