Plan and execute all digital marketing automation campaigns partnering with brand and content partners
Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing automation and analytics to promote CAPTRUST brand and services
Assist with management of marketing events/campaigns and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, editorial strategy, and stakeholders
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Devise and manage email A/B tests including subject lines, content, CTAs, cohorts, send time, and new features
Partner with SEO, paid media, marketing database, content strategy, and website development/optimization/management
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners
Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive message and content personalization
Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements
Support field sales through execution of email marketing programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years of B2B marketing communications experience (agency or in-house)
Proven expertise building and orchestrating marketing automation campaigns across traditional and digital marketing, with focus on social media, life-stage marketing, and email marketing tactics
Experience in business and technical writing, data analysis, market research, and project management
Background in investments, wealth management, or finance is a plus
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and ClickDimensions
Familiarity with project management and social media tools like Asana and Oktopost are a plus
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and other reporting platforms or the ability to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Ability to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Ability to devise email A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements
Ability to collaborate with SEO, paid media, marketing database, content strategy, and website development teams
