Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
Understand the unique needs of medical practices and deliver tailored solutions from EHR, practice management, RCM, patient engagement, and telehealth platforms
Collaborate with marketing and inside sales (SDRs) to generate, qualify, and nurture a steady pipeline of qualified leads
Conduct persuasive, value-driven virtual demos and presentations to physicians, office managers, and decision-makers
Accurately forecast and manage opportunities using Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear documentation
Work closely with implementation, support, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on healthcare technology trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas in a high-activity environment
Requirements
B2B sales experience (some SaaS or healthcare IT experience a plus)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
Strong understanding of medical practice workflows and revenue cycle management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience selling EHR, PM, or RCM solutions (preferred)
Prior exposure to the ambulatory care or independent practice space (preferred)
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations (preferred)
