At least 8-10 years of management level, multi-site experience in progressive leadership roles in business operations
Experience managing 20+ direct reports with radical accountability on data-driven KPIs
Proven track record driving profitability and compliance through operational excellence
Ability to travel continually, often for a week or more at a time; frequent regional travel
Experience in strategic planning and execution; proficiency in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing competitive landscape
Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business growth
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or Healthcare Management
