- Lead and inspire a team of talented PR, social, and influencer managers and specialists.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media, editors, creators, and tastemakers to secure impactful, on-brand coverage and partnerships.
- Oversee all social media content and community strategies, driving engagement and growth across platforms.
- Shape influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they authentically represent Ruggable’s brand voice and values.
- Partner closely with brand, creative, and media teams to align storytelling and effectiveness across all channels.
- Partner closely with Customer Experience teams to keep customer satisfaction at the forefront of social.
- Track performance and translate insights into actionable strategies to continuously evolve our approach.
- Identify cultural trends and moments to keep Ruggable at the forefront of conversation.
Requirements
- A visionary storyteller with 10+ years of experience in PR, social media, influencer marketing, or brand communications.
- Deeply connected in the media and influencer landscape, with a pulse on emerging trends and cultural moments.
- Strategic and data-driven, yet highly creative — you know how to balance brand building with measurable results.
- An inspiring people leader who can develop and motivate a high-performing team.
- A strong collaborator, able to build trust and alignment across cross-functional partners.

- $175,000-230,000 per year base salary
- An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role and business performance
