Requirements
Transformative leader: 10+ years of experience in creative direction, with a track record of leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing creative teams.
Master of your craft: Broad portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, design, and conceptual thinking; deep experience directing and producing award-winning brand campaigns and digital experiences with in-house and agency talent.
Master of mediums: Expertise in visual design, copywriting, video production, content, and digital media; advanced skill in at least one creative discipline.
Strategic mindset: Deep understanding of brand strategy with proven success delivering market-leading creative work that drives results.
Agency collaboration: Experience managing and collaborating with external agencies to deliver on-brand campaigns, communications, events, and sponsorships.
Passionate about process: Ability to create efficient creative processes and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Collaborative spirit: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to build credibility with stakeholders and senior executives.
Bonus - Industry knowledge: Experience or strong understanding of B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or payments landscape.
